About Me
Hello! I’m Jennifer Dixon.
I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and currently live in Puyallup, Washington with my husband and three kids. I have a degree in Sociology from Washington State University with a double minor in Human Development and Criminal Justice. I love animals, crafting, playing board games, and spending time with my friends and family.
I value both happiness and growth which give me the energy and encouragement I need to challenge myself every day. I genuinely enjoy improving processes and working on communication strategies.
things i’ve learned along the way
How to build connection and belonging at scale. Leading culture and engagement programs across multiple Microsoft sites taught me how intentional experiences strengthen community, trust, and employee connection.
The power of strong partnerships. At Meta, managing interviewer training and capacity programs showed me that collaboration, relationship‑building, and cross‑functional trust are what make complex programs successful.
How to bring clarity and efficiency to ambiguous work. In my earlier Microsoft role, I learned how to streamline processes, communicate expectations clearly, and help teams work more efficiently by improving workflows and aligning milestones.
How to drive impact through people‑centered programs. My time at Expedia Group taught me how to work with diverse teams around the world, launch new initiatives, improve processes, and continuously look for ways to make experiences better for both employees and candidates.
“Jennifer is one of the most on-it, can-do people I have ever had the pleasure to work with! I am in constant awe of her positive attitude and attention to detail. Jenn gets things done!””
